Mossy Brae Water District is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners usually elected to four-year terms by District voters. When a Board member resigns prior to completion of his/her term, that position can be filled by a qualified person receiving a majority vote by the remaining Board members. The Board of Commissioners are responsible for developing policies and procedures to improve the District’s services and efficiencies.
